When is Spring?

March has started out on the mild side with a little bit of sunshine and no snow. The weather outlook for March 11-15 looks like a cooling trend for the next few days. According to the calendar we aren't done with winter until this Wednesday the 20th , but the cold and snow for the rest of March will feel more like January.
